MEDSHARING has located its servers in France a position complying with the strictest security requirements in terms of:

• Fire detectors, air conditioning, electric power supply;
• Power to access the Internet network.

To ensure maximum availability of your studies, MEDSHARING has a redundant architecture (servers and disks), that really significantly reduces the risk of breakdown.

• Data stored on MEDSHARING servers is duplicated in real time on multiple disks (RAID 1/10 technology);
• 2 Servers (Hosts) ensure high availability with automatic failover of applications from one machine to another in the event of a failure;
• Backup every hour of VMs (virtual machines).

MEDSHARING checks server availability 24/24 and 7/7 by connecting every three minutes. In case of unavailability or reduced performance, an alert SMS is immediately sent to the technical support for intervention.
